Bityeo Technologies – Privacy Statement

Last updated: May 2026

1. Data Protection

We at Bityeo Technologies appreciate you visiting our website and your interest in the products and cryptographic services we offer. Protecting your personal data is very important to us. In this Privacy Policy, we explain how we collect your personal information, what we do with it, for what purposes, on what legal foundation we do so, and what rights you have on that basis.

This Privacy Statement on the use of our website and the Bityeo Technologies Data Protection Policy do not apply to your activities on the websites of social networks or other providers that can be accessed using links on our websites. Please read the data protection provisions on the websites of those respective external providers.

2. Collecting and Processing Your Personal Data

a. Whenever you visit our websites, we store certain information about the browser and operating system you are using, the date and time of your visit, the status of the interaction (e.g., whether you were able to access the website or received an error message), the usage of features on the website, any search phrases you entered, how often you visit individual websites, the names of files you access, the amount of data transferred, the web page from which you accessed our website, and the web page you visit after ours. For security reasons, particularly to prevent and detect attacks on our websites or attempts at financial fraud, we store your IP address and the name of your Internet service provider for seven days.

b. We only process other personal data if you provide this data, for example, as part of a registration, contact form, chat, platform interface survey, or for the execution of a contract. Even in these cases, we only process your data with your explicit consent or in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

c. You are not legally or contractually obligated to share your personal information. However, certain features of our trading interfaces may depend on the sharing of specific connection metrics. If you do not provide your information in such cases, you may not be able to use those localized features, or they may be available with limited technical functionality.

3. Purposes of Use

a. We use the personal information collected during your visit to any of our websites to make using them as convenient as possible for you and to protect our localized IT and network infrastructures against attacks and other unlawful cyber activities.

b. If you share additional information with us – for example, by filling out a registration form, interaction panel, chat, survey, or to execute a service contract with you – we will use that information for the designated purposes, for customer management, and, if required, for processing and billing of any systemic operations within the required scope.

c. For other deployment purposes, such as the display of personalized crypto analytics or system features based on your usage behavior, we and, if applicable, selected third-party integrations, use your personal data if and to the extent you give your consent through our data management systems.

d. In addition, we use personal data to the extent that we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., storage for the fulfillment of structural, commercial, or tax-related retention obligations, or release in accordance with official administrative or judicial orders).

4. Transfer of Personal Information to Third Parties; Social Plugins; Use of Service Providers

a. Our web platforms may contain technical offers from third parties. If you click on such an interaction, we transfer network data to the respective provider to the required extent (e.g., information that you have located this offer within Bityeo Technologies and, if applicable, further contextual information that you have already provided for this purpose).

b. When we integrate social plug-ins or link layers on our platforms from networks such as Twitter (X) and LinkedIn, they function as follows: When you interact with our interfaces, the social plug-ins remain structurally isolated, meaning no transmission to the operators of these networks occurs automatically. To initiate connection with one of the networks, click on the respective option to establish a direct connection to their infrastructure. If you maintain an active account on that network and are authenticated when you execute the connection, the network can associate your visit to Bityeo Technologies with your user account. To avoid this synchronization, please log out of the external network before interacting with the elements.

c. If you interact with external technical options, personal connection parameters may be processed by entities outside the European Economic Area that may not guarantee an "adequate level of protection" for personal data processing in accordance with specific EU standards. Please consider this operational aspect before executing routing commands.

d. We utilize qualified infrastructure service providers (e.g., secure cloud routing networks, technical IT providers, data analytics frameworks) to operate, optimize, and secure our systems. We only pass on relevant metrics to them as necessary for the maintenance and utility of the website architectures, for the pursuit of legitimate analytical interests, or to comply with operational legal frameworks.

5. Cookies and Web Storage

a. System cookies and web data management parameters may be used when you interact with our platform. These consist of HTML cookies and similar modern software mechanisms like Web/DOM Local Storage or session token tools, which we collectively refer to as cookies.

b. Cookies are small indicators stored locally on your device during an interface session. They help determine if there has been a prior interaction between the device and Bityeo Technologies, remember your preferred language layouts, and recognize usage interests to maintain data continuity.

c. The utilization of these storage tools depends on which areas and analytical functions of our platforms you actively employ and whether you adjust settings within our technical consent blocks.

d. The operation of cookies also aligns with your browser configuration. Most modern browsers accept standard session states automatically; however, you retain full operational capacity to adjust these parameters or purge local storage objects manually at any time.

6. Technical Security

We deploy rigorous technical and organizational security measures to protect your information managed by our core architecture from being tampered with, lost, destroyed, or accessed by unauthorized individuals. We are continuously improving our encryption mechanisms and network defenses in direct line with global technological and cryptographic advancements.

7. Legal Foundations for Data Processing

a. If you have given us your explicit consent to process your technical data, that stands as the fundamental legal foundation for processing it (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a, of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR).

b. Art. 6, para. 1, letter b, of the GDPR serves as the primary legal basis for processing user metrics for the purpose of entering into, executing, or performing service contract conditions with you.

c. If processing data parameters is necessary to fulfill legal and compliance obligations to which we are subject, we are authorized to do so by Art. 6, para. 1, letter c, of the GDPR.

d. Furthermore, we process personal information to protect the legitimate interests of Bityeo Technologies and relevant third-party integrations in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, letter f of the GDPR. Such legitimate interests include maintaining the strict operational uptime, stability, and security of our IT infrastructures, and the optimized distribution of our platform utilities.

8. Deleting Your Personal Data

Your routing IP address and corresponding Internet service provider indicators, which we monitor strictly for security and anti-DDoS protection, are cleared after seven days. We remove additional personal metrics as soon as the functional purpose for which they were processed has been completely executed. Data preservation beyond this timeframe only occurs if required by overarching international financial legislation, administrative regulations, or legal provisions to which our operating structures are subject.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject under international compliance standards, you maintain specific functional rights:

b. If you have consented to the tracking or processing of parameters by our platform, you retain the persistent right to revoke your designated consent at any historical moment.

c. Right to object: For reasons relating to your unique operational situation, you retain the right to object at any time to the processing of personal metrics executed under Section 6 Clause (1e) GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or Section 6 Clause 1 f) GDPR (processing based on balance of legitimate interests).

d. Please address all formal inquiries, compliance statements, or data validation requests to our official communications point: support@bityeo.com.

e. If you believe that the data processing methodology of your connection violates legal frameworks, you maintain the right to lodge a formal complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

10. Informational Distributions and Updates

If you subscribe to updates or notifications offered on our platform, the registration details provided will be used strictly for mailing communication streams unless you agree to expanded utilization parameters. You may terminate your notification standing at any moment by employing the functional unsubscribe mechanisms embedded within our communication channels.

11. Data Transmission to Recipients Outside the European Economic Area

a. When deploying distributed secure networks, server infrastructure instances, or utilizing analytical data nodes based on structural operations or consent, metrics may be processed across distributed servers located globally outside the European Economic Area (such as secure processing nodes in the USA and global technological hubs).

b. For specific jurisdictions, the EU has validated an adequate level of data protection alignment. Where data is handled across other nodes, Bityeo Technologies implements robust EU standard contractual clauses alongside comprehensive network encryption layers to guarantee an adequate level of technical protection according to strict legal requirements.
